Small on Purpose.
We are a small team in the Philippines running the marketing operation for service businesses in the UK, Australia and the US. We are the size we are because the alternative is selling with the people who are good at this and delivering with the people who happen to be free.
Busy Bureau was born from a gap we kept running into from the inside. The web developer could not run the campaign. The ads agency sent traffic to a page nobody had fixed. The SEO consultant wrote for a site the developer would not change. The virtual assistant chased leads in a spreadsheet that nobody else could see. Each was competent, and each was working on a fragment — and the enquiry that arrived on a Saturday belonged to none of them.
So we put the ten jobs under one roof and kept the team deliberately small. One group audits the problem, builds the system, runs the campaigns, chases the leads and reads the numbers afterwards. Nothing is lost in a handover, because there isn't one — and when a month disappoints there is nobody else to blame it on, which turns out to be a useful constraint.
Where we work from
We are based in the Philippines and our clients are in the UK, Australia and the US. We say so plainly because it is the first thing a careful buyer wants to know, and because it is the reason a team of this size costs what it does. The call team works to your market's hours, the reporting arrives on your calendar, and everything we build is in your name and on your domain.

What we believe
That most businesses are over-sold software and under-sold thinking. That a published price forces an honest conversation. That you should be able to fire your agency without losing your website, your leads or your ad history. And that if we can't measure it, we probably shouldn't have charged you for it.
How we're set up
Senior practitioners only, a handful of clients at a time, and a monthly rhythm that has not changed since we started. We turn down more work than we take — usually because we are not the right people for it, and occasionally because the business does not need an agency at all.
